This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which our Service pro supply any of their Services (the “Services”) listed to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before Booking any of their Services from our Application. By accessing our Application and booking a service you agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our terms of use policy.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
Wiggle is an Application operated by Wiggle for General Trading Company (“we” or “us” or “Wiggle”), incorporated and registered in the State of Kuwait, our business license No. 371185/2016. Wiggle is a System that allows you to book or request a services that are performed by independent service provider (our “Service Providers”).
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of Wiggle App is to provide you with a simple and convenient way to book and request services, linking you to the Service Providers. Pet owners (“Users”) can book or request all the appointments they need through our app, whether its for a vet, training, grooming, or a kennel. Also, they can check up on the latest pet related events.
Wiggle also keeps track of pets’ vaccination history and appointment history reminding pet parents of their next check-up or shot.
That’s not all, there’s more! For people who would like to give back to the society we connect them with pet societies in Kuwait. Giving them the opportunity to adopt, foster, and even volunteer in a variety of different roles.
3. BOOKIINGS AND REQUESTS
When you book or request a service though Wiggle, you will receive an email of your booking details which indicates that your request have been received by the service provider. Users will receive a automated reminder 4 hours before the appointment time to confirm or cancel the appointment. Once you confirm you will receive a confirmation email of your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed till you receive the confirmation email. Please ensure that you have given us a correct email address as this is how we will communicate with you about your booking. Please also ensure that you provide an accurate address and telephone number to ensure that home service and prick and drop off of your pet arrive to the correct location. If you do not show up at Service provider premises at the reserved time your appointment will be cancelled and will be marked as no show.
In case of home service if you do not open the door or respond to telephonic correspondence within 10 minutes, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the service. We do monitor our Service providers very closely and it is of utmost importance to us that they comply with our standards and help us to maintain our reputation. Please let us know if you have any comments relating to our Service providers or in respect of their services by emailing or calling us.
4. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your appointment 4 hours before the actual service time. A Service provider will classify you a no show for any appointment that is canceled after the 4 hours before the appointment. Users can cancel from the app or by contacting the Service Provider. Wiggle and the Service Provider may cancel any appointment and will tell you once we cancel the reason of cancellation. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by Wiggle or a Service Provider will usually be reimbursed using the same method you used to pay for your order and if the payment was not cash the refund will be within 15 working days. Any order cancelled after 4 hours before the appointment will be charged to you. Wiggle alone will determine whether an order is refundable or not.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of any Service will be listed on our Service. Prices will vary between Service providers and are liable to change at any time. Despite our best efforts, some of the Services listed on our Service may be incorrectly priced or might vary depending on your pet size mentioned in the pet profile. The relevant Service Provider will normally verify prices before performing the booked or requested service.
6. ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITY
Our role and responsibility is solely acting as an intermediary between the Users and the Service provider, without any liability to the quality of services provided.
7. OUR LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we provides our Service and content on an “as-is” and “as available” basis and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our Service, or that it will be timely or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Subject as provided below, neither Wiggle nor any Service Providers shall have any liability to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from your use of or your inability to use our Service. In the event that Wiggle or the Service Providers is found to be liable to you our total aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the Service you have paid for in your Booking confirmation. This does not include or limit in any way Wiggle or any Service Provider liability for any matter for which it would be illegal for us or it to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our or its liability, including liability for death or injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
No party shall be liable to the other for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in clause 7 shall excuse the Customer from any payment obligations under this Agreement.
9. WAIVER
Neither you, Wiggle nor the Service Provider shall be responsible to the others for any delay or non-performance of its obligations under this agreement arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions shall not be prejudiced.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.
12. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Wiggle may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
13. LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Kuwaiti courts will have jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, any use of our Services. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Kuwait

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards. You also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Service or any network or equipment used in the provision of our Service..

We are the owners of or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Service, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. We aim to update our Service regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our Service, or close them indefinitely. Any of the material on our Service may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
